Delete your account
In the game (fastest)
- Open Nitro Troopers and log in.
- Tap ACCOUNT (SETTINGS > ACCOUNT, or the ACCOUNT button in the top bar).
- Tap DELETE ACCOUNT, then YES, DELETE.
It is done at once. Uninstalling the game alone does not delete your account.
No phone with the game any more?
Send an email to tuvezogame@gmail.com from the email address of the account (email and Google accounts), or with the player ID shown in the game (guest accounts). Use the subject “Delete my account”. We check that the account is yours, delete it within 30 days and answer when it is done.
What is deleted
What is deleted at once: your account (email or guest ID, soldier name, totals), the list of phones signed in to it and their activation log, your login sessions and any waiting login code, your online player ID with its friends, friend requests and game invites, your notification token, and join requests. Your name on past leaderboards, match lists and in reports about you becomes “Deleted player”.
What stays, and for how long
- Results of past matches without your name (other players’ records depend on them). They keep a one-way device code, not your name.
- Safety records until their time runs out: reports about a player 180 days, cheat flags 90 days, the device-check result 180 days after the phone was last seen. A ban stays as long as it is in force, so a banned player cannot come back by deleting the account.
- Backups of the server database, which are overwritten within about 14 days.
- Our email provider may keep delivery logs of login-code emails for a short time under its own rules.
