Common questions

How do I delete my account?

In the game tap ACCOUNT (also under SETTINGS > ACCOUNT), then DELETE ACCOUNT, then YES, DELETE. Without the game, see Delete account.

How do I report a cheater or someone rude?

During the match open the scoreboard (pause menu) and tap REPORT next to the player. See the community rules.

I did not get my login code email.

Wait one minute and ask again, check your spam folder, and check the address for typing mistakes. A code works for 10 minutes and only once. You can also log in with Google or play as a guest.

I lost my guest account.

A guest account lives on your phone. If you uninstall the game or clear its data the guest key is lost and the account cannot be recovered. Log in with email or Google to keep your progress across phones.

The game says my device is not allowed online.

Online play is closed to rooted phones, emulators and phones with cheat tools, to keep matches fair. Offline modes still work.

Voice chat does not work.

Voice is off until you turn the microphone on in a room, and Android must have the microphone permission for the game (Android settings > Apps > Nitro Troopers > Permissions). Voice needs an online room and a good connection.
