1. No cheating

• No hacks, mods, memory editors, aim or speed tools, exploits of bugs, or changed copies of the game.
• No boosting: do not fake matches, farm kills with friends or second accounts, or play to raise another account’s score.
• No selling, buying, sharing or trading accounts.
• The game checks your device for cheat tools and hosts flag suspicious players. Some cheating is stopped automatically.

2. No hate, no harassment

• No slurs or attacks on people because of race, colour, religion, caste, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age.
• No bullying, threats, stalking, or pushing someone to hurt themselves.
• No sexual talk or sexual content. Never ask a minor for private contact, photos or meetings.
• No content that shows or praises real-world violence, hate groups or terrorism.

3. Names

• Your name, and the names of rooms you host, must not contain insults, slurs, sexual words or hate symbols. The game and our server refuse many such names.
• Do not pretend to be another player, or the game team.
• Do not put web addresses, email addresses, phone numbers or other private details in a name.

4. Chat and voice

• Be polite. No shouting over people, spam, adverts, links, or begging.
• Do not share your own or other people’s private information (real name, address, phone number, school, passwords). Chat and voice are heard by everyone in the room and are not encrypted.
• Voice chat is off until you switch the microphone on. You can mute any player’s voice, and you can leave a room at any time.

5. How to report a player

1. During the match, open the scoreboard (pause menu) and tap REPORT next to the player.
2. Pick a reason: CHEATING or ABUSIVE.
3. Reports are private. The player is not told who reported them. A report never bans anyone by itself; a person looks at it.

Names of players you meet are shown to you in the room. If someone is in danger, contact your local emergency services; we cannot act in real time. To report a problem that is not about a player, or to ask about a ban, email tuvezogame@gmail.com.

6. What happens after a report

• We aim to look at reports within 7 days. We look at repeated reports from different players first.
• Depending on how serious it is we may: change or hide a name, warn the player, block the device or account for a time (an automatic first block for cheating is 30 days), or block it for ever. Serious cases (for example threats or anything involving minors) are blocked at once and may be given to the authorities.
• Repeat offenders are blocked for longer, up to for ever. Making false reports on purpose is also against the rules.

7. If you were blocked

The game shows ACCOUNT BANNED or DEVICE BANNED. If you think it is a mistake, email tuvezogame@gmail.com and tell us your player ID or the email of your account. We will look at it and answer.
